Dr. Mario Dube

About the Physician

Dr. Dube is a Primary Care Provider and a Nationally Board Certified Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture Physician. He is the founder of Advanced Healthcare Clinic, LLC which has been selected for a second consecutive year (2011, 2012) for the Best of Bradenton Award in the Acupuncture Clinics category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA). He earned his Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine and Bachelors of Professional Health Sciences from East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota, Florida and is candidate for the Doctoral degree of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Five Branches University in San Jose, California with neuromuscular medicine, pain management, women's health and endocrinology as specialities. Dr. Dube is Ph.D candidate as well from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (Hangzhou, China) and actively doing research on diabetic peripheral neuropathy using acupuncture and injection therapy. His research is monitored by an institutional review board (IRB).

Dr. Dube’s hospital experience began as an externship as a senior acupuncture student at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Sarasota, Florida, where he treated stroke patients, worked as part of a pain management team, and participated in rehabilitation of post-injury and post-surgical patients. In addition, Dr. Dube volunteered at Moffit Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Dube graduated from Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida where he studied nutrition. Dr. Dube is certified for acupuncture point injection therapy, laser therapy, BioSET system therapy and NAET (Allergy elimination techniques).

After a career in engineering and owning two businesses, Dr. Dube discovered a passion for healthcare. This passion was bred through extensive traveling, learning, and connecting with various cultures, which led him to discover alternatives to western medicine. Dr. Dube's medical training, analytical skills from engineering experience, and congenial personality provide the perfect qualities for helping people achieve optimum health through natural and non-invasive treatments.
